about

Strengthening of your leadership qualities and organizatiional skills can be accomplished through serving as an officer in your local chapter of credit unions. There are twelve credit union chapters across the Dakotas.

Positions available at the chapter level may include:

Chair
Vice Chair
Secretary
Treasurer
Director
Program Director
PAC Coordinator

Each chapter is an extensionof Mid-America Credit Union Association providing a valuable connection between the Association and its member credit unions. Chapters provide venues for information exchange, legislative advocacy, educational sessions, community involvement, social gatherings, and networking between each credit union's staff and volunteers. The chapters are governed by its member credit unions and meet from a minimum of once per year to sometimes as many as ten times per year.
