Regulatory Compliance

Regulatory compliance for today’s credit unions is of utmost importance. The Association is committed to providing you with the resources you need to make informed decisions that comply with today’s laws and regulations.

The Association maintains relationships with, and monitors the activities of, state and federal government agencies in order to present credit union views and help reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens.

In this section, you’ll find informational links to the
NCUA letters, ND Century Code, SD Statutes, and CU Talk.

The Mid America Credit Union Association also provides assistance in legal research, investigations, drafting agreements, securities audits, due diligence audits, mediator services, and collections services through our on-staff paralegal.

The information in this section is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended as legal advice.
